"We appeal to all people, especially men who frequently visit entertainment outlets, that they must obey the law - human rights, be a good gentleman practicing Khmer culture, good behaviour and polite speech, and avoid violence, discrimination, harassment, abuse, forcing, harassment which cause physical injury and sex in relation to beer promoters working in outlets. All of these actions and wrong thinking make you an offender of the law. In the name of justice police must implement the law and procedures in order to capture any offender and bring the case to court and not allow any offender to be above the law" Excellency Major General Bith Kimhong, Director of Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Department.
